What is Wellbeing Coaching?

Our wellbeing is important for every one especially in our busy lives. Every one would like to improve their wellbeing whether it is to reduce stress, eat healthy, get more sleep, reduce anxiety, stop smoking or improve our financial situations.


Wellbeing coaching  can help people achieve their goals as it is the application of the principles and processes of professional life coaching to the goals of lifestyle improvement.


  

The wellbeing coach  stands by the client  as an advocate of the persons health and wellbeing  they  inspire and support their growth and development.


 Wellbeing is also important in the workplace and is a key issue for employers, as every year around 170 million work days are lost due to ill health, therefore preventing ill health and achieving wellbeing at work is a key priority for everyone.
