The Level 1 Personal Wellbeing is a 12 week course. This course will give you an introduction to yourself and how to achieve personal wellbeing.
The personal wellbeing course has four modules for you to complete.

Learning and Assessment Methods

For all of our courses, you'll need to complete a number of assignments as part of your coursework. Unless stated otherwise, you will submit assignments via email, assignments, will be marked by your tutor. Assignments are a great way of checking your progress throughout the course. Your tutor will give you constructive feedback so you know exactly how you're doing and how you can improve. As always, your tutor will provide support.
